Abstract :
Background and Objective: the purpose of the present study was to identify the factors, conditions, and strategies of work processes in the organization in order to empower employees and managers.
Method: A qualitative approach was used in this study. The statistical population included all experts, managers, and employees of the Iranian Prisons Organization, of whom 10 were selected as the research sample through purposive sampling. MAXQDA software was used to analyze the data.
Findings: The results showed that based on the specialized interviews conducted, 119 initial codes were identified from 389 sections of the interviews. Then, the 119 initial codes were categorized into 14 themes, which include improving the personal characteristics of employees, evaluating organizational performance, organizational strategies, implementing business redesign, organizational consequences, external factors, organizational factors, organizational technology, organizational change management, human resource management, organizational management and leadership, organizational barriers, job characteristics, and characteristics of employees and managers. The studies showed that the theme of organizational factors with 76 assigned codes has the most repetition, improving the personal characteristics of employees with 50 codes is in second place.
Conclusion: It is not possible to implement proper management without analyzing methods, that is,recognizing the organization's issues and problems and providing solutions for them. Organizational work processes can be considered the product of the natural and practical evolution of applied strategies of some recent management approaches that have had a major impact on the way management views and transforms organizations.
