Abstract :
Throughout history, the body has always been an identity builder at the individual and social level. Physical techniques include skills and abilities, physical strength, age, religious issues, food consumption, and sexual techniques to express emotions and feelings and make human thought physical. Nizami, the leader of Persian lyrical storytellers, in his works, in addition to using verbal communication, he used non-verbal communication to keep them alive. In this essay, with analytical-descriptive method, the body techniques of representation of Iranian body sociology in Khosrow and Shirin Nizami have been investigated and analyzed based on the theory of Marcel Mauss. In the meantime, sociology and anthropology of the body by representing the classical literature relying on the romantic genre (Khosro and Shirin) can lead to an area for getting to know the culture and society of Iran. The findings of the research show that body techniques and skills such as swordsmanship, spearmanship, shooting, hunting, horse riding, etc. are abundantly seen. In addition to physical strength, age and learning skills in childhood and maturity and its impact on the actor, the way of consuming and maintaining the balance of food and religious issues are significantly evident.
