Abstract :
The aim of the present research was to model the structural equations of the dimensions of the operational framework of sustainable income policy making in the municipalities of Mazandaran province. The statistical population of the research included all managers and employees of the municipalities of Mazandaran province. Based on the minimum sample size based on the hidden variables, 384 people were selected as a statistical sample using available sampling method. The method of data collection was a researcher's questionnaire, which was based on the dimensions extracted from the researchers' qualitative research in the doctoral thesis, which included: increasing executive incomes, developing tourism, creating income-generating jobs, and revising the revenue policies of municipalities. The technique of data analysis was structural equation modeling with the help of Smart PLS software. The validity and reliability of the research dimensions were confirmed based on the measurement model in structural equations. The findings of the research showed that the observed correlation between all dimensions of the research is significant, and the increase in executive incomes by 73%, the development of tourism and tourism by 21%, the creation of income-generating jobs by 45%, and the modification of the revenue policies of municipalities by 58% explain the framework. Policy-making operations are sustainable incomes of the municipalities of Mazandaran province. Therefore, all the dimensions of the current research model explain the operational framework of sustainable income policy making in the municipalities of Mazandaran province. The value of 0.372 for GOF shows the strong general fit of the model in the current research.
