Abstract :
Abstract
Introduction and purpose: In today's competitive world, productivity as a philosophy and perspective based on improvement strategy is the main goal of any organization. In the last decade, the special attention of managers of organizations has been focused on the fact that human resource strategies and conditions Work should be considered in a way that creates a sense of belonging and sustainable performance.
Research Methodology: The statistical population of this research is the selected articles of education research, in the period of winter-1397 to winter-1401, of the bi-monthly scientific research magazine--a new approach in educational management; in this approach, a total of 40 articles were extracted and in terms of 7 parameters including research philosophy, research orientation, research approach, research method, research tool, research strategy and thematic contribution of the articles were analyzed.
Findings: The analysis of the findings showed that the articles can be separated into 17 general topics, among which, the topic of training and human resources productivity was the most used title in the final articles.
Results: positivist paradigm review, applied orientation, comparative approach, quantitative research method, survey strategy and content analysis have been among the techniques of attention of researchers in this field
