Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to identify the value system of faculty members of Islamic Azad University. This research was considered in terms of applied purpose and research method was used qualitative type. The research area was the faculty members of Islamic Azad University. A sample of fifteen, male and female, faculty members of Islamic Azad University was selected. Sampling method was used purposefully and using snowball method. Semi-organized interviewing tools were used to collect information. After saturation of the data, their analysis was carried out using a method of inductive analysis by thematic content analysis, coding and categorization using the Glazer and Strauss method. Then, using the Delphi technique and forming a team of 30 experts, the agreement was reached on the categories, themes and dimensions and the classification was validated. Variables derived from the study included: benevolence values, ethic values, social values, safety values, material values, scientific values, instrumental values and end values. The results of this research indicate that there are favorable variables in the value system of the faculty members of Islamic Azad University.
