Abstract :
This study aims to present a framework for e-HRM impact on organizational effectiveness in Golestan Province's Department of Education. This study is to collect data, subject matter, purpose, data collection tools and data, method of selection and access to the population, subgroups of subjects, as well as a descriptive survey. The study population consisted of managers, deputies and experts from the Education Department of the city of Golestan province in the 1394-95 academic year, 763people had formed. Using stratified sampling method and Cochran formula using the calculated sample size of 256 people Grdyd.bray data collection, library and field method was used. In field research, questionnaire with 65 items and five-item Likert been set. Spss classified data collected in the environment and its reliability by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 97/0. To analyze the data descriptive level and frequency tables were used for index calculation. To present a pattern of LISREL modeling software used in the description and analysis. So according to the results confirmed by previous research and theory available, it can be concluded that the proposed framework supported by theoretical, empirical and sufficient credits and has recommended its implementation to enhance the effectiveness of the organization.
