Abstract :
The purpose of this study isto investigates the effects of the Information and Communication Technology on Environmental literacy of elementary school students. This study is based on semi-empirical, pre-examination and post-examination methods.In the study, the statistic society is the total population of primary school male children in sixth grade of Sarchahan which includes 185 men and 120 cases whoselected as samplesbyrandom cluster sampling methods. Measurement instruments of data are questionnaires which are designed by the researcher to evaluation Knowledge, attitude and skills of environmental in sixth grade elementary school students. Reliabilitythrough Cranach's alpha of this testis 0/87.Ability of the study is confirmed by five education and Environmental Education experts. The data collected in this study using T-test and are analyzed by SPSS software. Results confirm the hypothesis of the main research findings indicate that the information and communication technology increases environmental literacy of students. Moreover, the results confirm the three sub-hypotheses indicating the use of the information and communication technology to enhance Knowledge and environmental awareness, Environmental attitudes and Environmental performance.
