Abstract :
Introduction & Objective: Policy evaluation is one of the evidence-based policy-making tools that helps to adopt the most effective and least cost-effective policies by providing appropriate evidence and informed policy-making. More is formed. The purpose of this study is to evaluate education policies with a network governance approach in Iran.
Research Methodology: This research is methodologically part of phenomenological qualitative research and the present study is a semi-structured interview in a phenomenological way. Participants in this study are the core stakeholders in evaluating education policies. Data saturation was obtained in six cores with 32 interviews that entered the analysis stage. The researcher analyzed the data using the 7-step Colaizzi method.
Results: The results showed that the evaluation of education policies with a network governance approach in Iran and the type of relationships between nuclei (direct and indirect relationship) and the type of evaluation mechanism (pre-implementation evaluation, implementation evaluation and evaluation After implementation) in this model led to the improvement of education policies
Discussion and Conclusion: Several factors influence the evaluation of education policies. These factors are generally classified into three dimensions: pre-implementation evaluation, in-performance evaluation, and post-implementation evaluation.
