Abstract :
Abstract
Increasing urban resilience to deal with risks and epidemics is very important and is considered a new path for the sustainable development of cities in the future of urban development. The experience of Corona and its impact on different dimensions and structures of cities made it more obvious the need to address the causal factors affecting the resilience of cities after curbing this man-made crisis. The main goal of this research is to analyze the causal factors affecting resilience management in the post-corona era and its strategies in Tehran metropolis. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of nature. SOWT-FDEMATEL technique was used to analyze the data. The most important internal and external factors (weakness, strength, opportunity and threats) of advancing resilience management in the post-coronavirus era in Tehran metropolis were extracted using expert opinions. The results of the mentioned integration method show that there is a two-way relationship between social, economic, physical and managerial variables in post-coronavirus management resilience in Tehran metropolis, so that according to the value (Di-Ri) managerial and social discussion are among the most effective respectively. And they are the most effective variables in this communication network. In other words, social, economic and physical variables are influenced by physical variables and any type of planning to increase flexibility and planning in the category of management and the type of policy for it can cause minimal economic, physical and social damage in the spatial dimensions of Tehran metropolis.Also, the mentioned components are considered as causal factors in the resilience of Tehran metropolis in the post-corona period.
