Explaining the Strategic Model of Organizational Communication with an Emphasis on Enhancing Administrative Health

Abstract :
Considering the inevitable and prominent role of effective communication in carrying out organizational activities and advancing its goals, several factors play a role in improving the health of the country's administrative system, and the role of communication is more prominent than other factors.The current research was conducted with the purpose of explaining the strategic model of organizational communication with an emphasis on increasing administrative health in the country's tax affairs organization.This research is of applied type, and in terms of method, descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of the research includes all the employees of the central headquarters of the Tax Affairs Organization of the provincial centers, in the number of 30,000 people, of which 379 people were estimated as a statistical sample based on the Morgan's table and were randomly selected in a stratified manner. The data collection tool in this research is a questionnaire with 24 questions created by the researcher in the Likert scale. To measure the validity of the research tool, face validity was used, which was approved by professors and experts. For the reliability of the model, at least three Cronbach's alpha tests, composite reliability and shared reliability have been used. Data analysis was done using structural equation model and partial least square method (PLS3).Examining the fit indices of the model indicates that the structural model of the research has a good fitting condition. According to the findings of the research, there is a significant relationship between skill-cognitive, spiritual-psychological, organizational-structural and social-metacognitive goals and organizational communication with an emphasis on increasing administrative health in the country's tax affairs organization. In addition, the results showed that there is a significant relationship between communication network, communication management, emotional communication and strategic communication and organizational communication with an emphasis on increasing administrative health in the country's tax affairs organization.Effective communication has become the vital force for any organization and essential for maintaining organizational health. Organizations cannot exist without communication; management would not access informational data, supervisors would not be able to issue directives, coordination would be impossible, and the organization would collapse without it.
