Designing the compatibility model of Iran's sports businesses

Abstract :
The aim of the research was the compatibility of Iran's sports businesses. The research was applied in terms of purpose and qualitative research with Glazer's unstructured method. The statistical population is sports management experts who have scientific, operational or both expertise. In the present study, the opinions of 12 experts were collected through semi-structured interviews in a targeted manner until reaching theoretical saturation. The reliability of the interviews was obtained using the intra-subject agreement study method of 0.73. For data analysis, the method of continuous comparison was used during three stages of open, central and selective coding by Max Kyuda software version 2018. 57 codes were obtained in the open coding stage and 10 axes were obtained in the axial coding, and finally the compatibility factors in value proposition, information technology compatibility, environmental stimuli compatibility, digital market compatibility, market conditions compatibility and dynamic compatibility on the compatibility of Iranian sports businesses. It has an effect. Due to its integrity, the study model can be a good guide for sports businesses in order to know the compatibility factors of their businesses so that they can create a competitive advantage among their competitors in the current dynamic conditions.
