Analysis of the status of women's entrepreneurship in the Islamic Republic of Iran

Abstract :
In recent years women in entrepreneurial activity is very considerable, given the scope of the employment of women in terms of growth and development of their talents and abilities of women, but also according to their family roles is very important. In fact, women in the work, usually as children, spouses and family management activity and activism and being a mother to have more to them than men harder. Islam believes in equality of the sexes in many directions and instructions given on the employment status of women in society and in the workplace is to be maintained. The aim of this paper is to sort the issue of women's entrepreneurship in the Islamic Republic examine to determine its strengths and weaknesses with this analysis. What the Iranian women's entrepreneurship few years ago and felt the need to analyze this matter.In the meantime, after the revolution, the Islamic Republic's efforts for entry of women into the labor market and, of course, has done entrepreneurship and job creation that we've discussed in this article. It seems that the government of the Islamic Republic of fewer jobs for women have shown great entrepreneurship. The aim of this study was to analyze the pathology of women's entrepreneurship in the Islamic Republic with a view to scientific thought and action take advantage of half of the population to be determined. Our research is descriptive-analytic method.
