Abstract :
Abstract: The main objective of this article was to study relationship between enterpreneurship with job involvementin university personnel.Upon correlational studies and administrating job involvementand entrepreneurship questionnaires on 146 personnel at Islamic Azad Universitiy Roodehen branch were collected data. In general, the regression analysis showed that with using enterpreneurship can predicting job involvement.
