Abstract :
Abstract The aim of this study was to examine the Role Job Hardiness in predicting job performance, with the mediation of innovative work behaviors. This study was conducted descriptive - correlational method by using structural equation modeling. Statistical population study were included all primary school teachers in Khoy city, that among which were selected 306 persons by using random sampling method. Research instruments was including job Hardiness Inventory Moreno-Jiménez, Rodríguez-Muñoz, Hernández and Blanco(2014), innovative work behaviors Inventory Krause (2004) and job performance Inventory Paterson (1990). Data obtained were analyzed by using structural equation method and using Spss editing16, and AMOS editing 22 softwares. The results showed innovative work behaviors and job hardiness Variables have Meaningful direct effect and Job hardiness variable have meaningful indirect effect on job performance. Also the was statistically significant the direct effect Job hardiness on the innovative work behaviors. In addition innovative work behaviors could entered model as a mediator in the relationship between hardiness job and job performance teachers. Finally, the structural model modified research a good fit had with experimental data the study
