The statistical population included all of the girl's students from School Kermanshah. Then 54 students randomly selected from these students as samples. 27 students were assigned in experimental group and 27 as control group. Two questionnaires were used for collecting the data: 1) Ankh et al (2004) standard questionnaire and questionnaire sport self-regulation (SRQA). Multimedia instruction was conducted for the experimental group in fifteen sessions (60-minutes each) in a period of Four month, twice a week. Both groups were reassessed at the end of the instruction. The results of analysis of covariance indicated that multimedia instruction was significantly effective in all of Cultural Intelligence and Self-regulation development (p<0/001). The possible explanation for the increasing students' Cultural Intelligence and Self-regulation components might be due toparticipation of the experimental group in the Cultural Intelligence and Self-regulationtraining program. Therefore, in line with results from other studies, findings of this study demonstrate the prominent role of multimedia instruction in Cultural Intelligence and Self-regulation development in students.
