This study aimed primarily at the organizational commitment and its components among Managers in Islamic Azad University (IAU). Out of all the IAU managers, 540 were selected using stratified random sampling method. Allen & Meyer (1990) Organizational Commitment Scale was administered to all members of the sample. The results of one-way ANOVA and Fisher’s protected LSD test indicates that 1)there is a significant difference between mean score of the managers’ organizational commitment in different IAU districts in Iran, 2) there is a significant difference between the scores of the managers’ affective commitment, as one of the aspects of organizational commitment, in different IAU districts, 3) no significant difference is traced between the mean score of the managers’ continuance and normative commitments, as other aspects of organizational commitment.
