Abstract :
When employees perceive justice in the way decisions are made, it increases their trust in the organization and reduces feelings of dissatisfaction. A positive organizational culture that values teamwork, cooperation, and employee well-being and encourages organizational citizenship behavior. When employees feel a sense of belonging and alignment with the organization's culture, they are more likely to engage in behaviors that benefit the organization. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of moral distress and perceived organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior and the desire to leave the job, taking into account the role of organizational culture. In this section, a questionnaire tool has been used for analysis. The validity of this questionnaire has been evaluated and confirmed through construct validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In order to examine the relationship between the variables and examine the effective components, the structural equation modeling method was used. The results of this study, while confirming the fit of the final model, have led to the approval of this model. In this research, Imus software was used for data analysis. The results of the research showed that moral distress has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and the desire to leave the job. Perceived organizational justice has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and willingness to leave the job. Organizational culture has a significant effect on the relationship between moral distress and organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational culture has a significant effect on the relationship between moral distress and the desire to leave the job. Organizational culture has a significant effect on the relationship between perceived organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior; And organizational culture has a significant effect on the relationship between perceived organizational justice and the desire to leave the job.
