Identifying the strategic components of transformation in physical education in schools

Abstract :
The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the dimensions and strategic components of transformation in physical education in schools.the qualitative research approach and the research synthesis method were used to achieve the goal of the current research.The scope of the research is all the articles(190 articles)that have been presented in specialized and scientific databases in the last decade about the strategic components of transformation in physical education education in schools and related concepts.The sample of the research is26articles, which have been selected based on thematic monitoring, theoretical data saturation and purposefully.The research data were collected from the qualitative analysis of the studied documents.By analyzing the data, indicators and strategic components that bring about change in physical education in schools based on cultural strategies(creating value in the field of physical education,institutionalizing participation in the field of sports identity,emphasizing local identity in developing physical education programs),environmental strategies(evolution in software platforms for physical education in schools,evolution in hardware platforms for physical education in schools),motivational strategies (supporting individual talents and differences of students in the field of physical education,organizational support for human resources related to physical education in schools,determination and implementation of incentive policies for the transformation of physicaleducation in schools),development strategies(transformative development of physical education materials,development of awareness of the elements of physical education,transformation in the specific professional development of physical education teachers in schools)and capital strategies(Change in human capital attraction and selection system,change in intellectual capital and leadership,change in the quantity and quality of physical education in schools)was organized.
