ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی ابعاد و مولفه های راهبردی تحول آفرین در آموزش تربیت بدنی مدارس انجام پذیرفت.در این راستا رویکرد پژوهش کیفی و روش سنتز پژوهی برای دستیابی به هدف پژوهش حاضر استفاده شد. قلمروپژوهش کلیه مقالاتی هستند(190 مقاله) که در فاصله دهه اخیر در مورد مولفه های راهبردی تحول آفرین در آموزش تربیت بدنی مدارس و مفاهیم مرتبط در پایگاه¬های تخصصی و علمی ارائه‌شده‌اند. نمونه پژوهش 26 مقاله است که این تعداد بر اساس پایش موضوعی، اشباع نظری داده¬ها و به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب‌شده‌اند. داده¬های پژوهش از تحلیل کیفی اسناد موردمطالعه، گردآوری‌شده‌اند. با تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده¬ها، شاخص‌ها و مؤلفه‌های راهبردی تحول آفرین در آموزش تربیت بدنی مدارس درمحور راهبردهای فرهنگی ( ارزش آفرینی در زمینه تربیت بدنی، نهادینه سازی مشارکت در زمینه هویت ورزشی، تاکید بر هویت بومی در تدوین برنامه های تربیت بدنی)، راهبردهای محیطی (تحول در بسترهای نرم افزاری تربیت بدنی در مدارس، تحول در بسترهای سخت افزاری تربیت بدنی در مدارس)، راهبردهای انگیزشی (حمایت از استعدادها و تفاوت های فردی دانش آموزان در حوزه تربیت بدنی، پشتیبانی سازمانی از نیروی انسانی مرتبط با تربیت بدنی در مدارس، تعیین و اجرای سیاست های تشویقی در جهت تحول آفرینی تربیت بدنی مدارس)، راهبردهای توسعه ای (توسعه تحولی مواد آموزش تربیت بدنی، توسعه آگاهی ارکان آموزش تربیت بدنی، تحول آفرینی در توسعه حرفه ای اختصاصی معلمان تربیت بدنی در مدارس) و راهبردهای سرمایه ای (تحول در نظام جذب و گزینش سرمایه انسانی، تحول در سرمایه فکری و رهبری، تحول در کمیت و کیفیت تربیت بدنی مدارس) مورد سازمان‌دهی قرار گرفت.
