Abstract :
The world order based on liberal rules has been transforming for more than a decade and new international orders are emerging. In this context, Moscow is focused on controlling regional relations in Eurasia with regard to the resources inside and outside the system, and China is also trying to influence the world with the Belt-Road initiative from the point of view of economic power, but currently the geopolitical realities of each It has led both parties to a revisionist strategy. Based on this, the current research is dedicated to describing the main features and concepts of a revisionist world and the four orders existing in it, and especially the views of Moscow and Beijing towards the world order. Therefore, the present article aim hat have occurred in international politics, the revisionist policy of Russia and China towards the world hegemon is based on what characteristics? The answer that can be given to the above question is that the revisionist policy of Russia and China towards the global hegemon is based on two contrasting features: Russia by choosing the military option at the regional level to recover the lost territories, balancing the influence of America and In the post-Soviet space, Europe has taken the form of revisionist nationalism and is improving its international position, but China is a reformist revisionist who tries to use economic and diplomatic tools based on a global strategy. to increase its power on a global scale, which will be explained using the descriptive-analytical method
