Abstract :
For any organization or any company in any location and industry, the key to success is not just rely on one source of advantage, But the best and most successful companies understand that must always enhance Themselves competitive abilities and abilities and able to achieve more success this way. Therefore, the aim of this study is Design of model-based, organizational capabilities strategies approach, according to the dimensions of organizational knowledge & tradition and attitudes of knowledge & industry. The main question is whether this study can be explained, organizational capabilities based on the theory of strategic reference points? The approach of this research is Case Study based on the philosophy of knowledge (epistemology) and philosophy of thinkers (anthropologist). On the other hand, based on a literature review of strategy, organizational capabilities and library study were determined, Integrated and coordinated model of organizational capabilities not provided with context, And this research uses the Strategic reference points, following the model of organizational capabilities. In this paper are described aspects of this research, including knowledge-based organizations, traditional organizations, attitude and attitude of industries, so it will try by coordination pattern, based on, strategic reference points, coordinated species, each of the organization capabilities strategies, on the basis of, knowledge-based organizations, traditional organizations and Knowledge Attitude and industry attitude will be identified and presented.
