Population of the research consisted of all female students of high schools in Ramsar totaling to 1053 individuals out of whom 208 were recruited through random cluster sampling. The instrument of data collection included school bonding questionnaire (Rezaei Sharif et al., 2014) with a reliability index of 0.85; educational resilience (Martin & Marsh, 2008) with a reliability index of 0.79; and educational support (Sanders & Planket, 2005) with reliability index of 0.83. In order to validate the instruments content and face validity were used which resulted in good indices. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling with Lisrel and SPSS were employed. The findings indicated that there is a significant and positive relationship between educational support, school bonding and resilience. Also, school bonding has a mediating role in the relationship between educational support and educational resilience.
