Abstract :
AbstractThe main purpose of this research is to identify the dimensions and components of language teaching based on professional identity. The qualitative part was done in two steps to identify the dimensions and components with the content analysis technique and the quantitative part was done with the Q analysis (mixed method). Qualitative results were sent to 20 experts. The method of work is purposeful sampling and snowball. The software is the quality part of Max Kyoda and the quantitative part is SPSS. After collecting the results, the cards were distributed and the data adequacy size was confirmed using Bartlett sphericity test and Kaiser-Mir-Ulkin test and the factors were extracted using varimax rotation. The results of the analysis lead to the extraction of 7 dimensions: "Philosophy of Mind and Learning"; "Power/cycle of learning and its context"; "Power of thinking and cultivating it"; "Role of the brain in learning"; "Brain and memory activation mechanisms"; "Multiple data conversion and transfer"; and "neural patterns / circuits and images" were identified and extracted.Keywords: professional identity, English language teaching, learning
