Abstract :
-This study was conducted to investigate the role of the audience and their feedback about news agencies using the grounded theory method and the initial information was obtained through interviews. The statistical population includes 17 experts in the field of news and media. The results of the research indicate that the audience and attention to their role in preparing and reflecting the news in news agencies has a prominent and significant role in improving the performance of news agencies. It was also found that analyzing the opinions of the audience and including them on the one hand is a sign of audience-oriented in the media policies of news agencies and on the other hand will seek the satisfaction and trust of the audience and users and ultimately their loyalty. Had.According to the objectives and components studied in this research and based on the obtained data, policies related to improving and enhancing the performance of news agencies have been proposed, some of which are: promotion News quality, optimization of technical and infrastructure facilities, increasing visual appeal, updating of content and news, diversity and multimedia, speed of news publication, creativity in publishing news, brevity and selection.
