The sample size was selected with Sample power 320 software. From the methodological point of view, the method used is quantitative, which has been done using two approaches of factor analysis. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that was designed and validated by the researcher based on the collective opinion of experts in the field and was selected. To obtain the validity of this questionnaire, in addition to content validity, the validity of the structure was obtained using the first stage confirmatory factor analysis. To determine the reliability of different sections, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, which was 0.86, which indicates the appropriateness of the research tool. SPSS23 and Smart PLS 2 software were used for statistical analysis of data. In order to identify the effective factors in creating a competency model for principals for entrepreneurial schools, type R factor analysis was used. The research results indicate that the fitted model of the research includes 13 components and factors (mission, vision, values, goals, communication network, organizational culture, personality traits, technical skills, human skills, perceptual skills, specialized competencies, Behavioral competencies (performance management) are effective in creating a model of principal competence for entrepreneurial schools.
