Investigating and comparing the diversity of vegetative and reproductive traits in some Pyrus genus (Pyrus L.) cultivars in West Azarbaijan province

Abstract :

خصوصیات رویشی وزایشی4گونه و 23رقم گونهPyrus communisدر مناطق مختلف استان آذربایجان غربی براساس دستورالعمل ملی آزمونهای تمایز،یکنواختی وپایداری ارزیابی شد. دربین صفات رویشی موردنظر5صفت به شکل درخت،2 صفت به شاخه های یکساله و7صفت به برگ تعلق داشتند.8صفت ازبین صفات رویشی(رنگ غالب شاخه ها،تراکم کرک روی شاخه،قدرت رشد رویشی درخت،شکل قائده،طول و عرض برگ،عمق برش حاشیه وشکل انتهای برش حاشیه) دارای تنوع بالا بیشتروقادربه تمایزگونه ها وارقام بودند .دربین صفات عمومی درخت،شاخص ترین آن قدرت رشد درخت بودکه در4گونه 7رقم زیاد،در بقیه ارقام متوسط بود . صفات شاخه یکساله اگرچه ارتباط منطقی بادیگرصفات درخت داشتند،امابه دلیل سطح تنوع پایین موجوددرآنهادرزمره صفات متمایزکننده ارقام نبودند . دربین اندامهای مختلف درخت بیشترین صفات دارای تنوع درمیوه و برگ دیده شد.گروه بندی ارقام باتجزیه خوشه ای با استفاده از کلیه صفات به نحو بهتری قادر به تفکیک آنها براساس شباهتهای ظاهری ویا منشاءبود. دراین گروهبندیPyrus syriaca،باPyrus salicifolia در بین گو نه ها illiam،Decondel وButirra, Decantelیشترین شباهت را باهم داشتنددرگروههای جداگانه طبقه بندی شدند . به طورکلی مجموعه صفات کلیدی دستورالعمل DUSبه خوبی قادر به تفکیک وتمایزارقام بومی گلابی بودند.ریخت شناسی دانه گرده 4گونه از جنس Pyrus L. spp.از استان آذربایجان غربی با استفاده از میکروسکوپ نوری (LM) و میکوسکوپ الکنرونی(SEM) بررسی شد. مطالعات نشان داد دانه های گرده این گونه ها متقارن و سه شیاره بوده و تزیینات دیواره بصورت striate وStriato microreticulateنشان داده شد . تصاویر تمام گونه هاومشخصات ساختار داخلی دانه های گرده این 4 گونه ارائه شده است.
