The relationship between trust, silence and organizational commitment (case study: Guilan Governorate)

Abstract :
The present research seeks to explain the relationship between organizational trust, silence and organizational commitment in Guilan Governorate and subordinate governorates. Descriptive analytical research method is of applied type. The statistical population of this research includes all official and contract employees working in the governorate and subordinate governorates of Guilan province. The total number of the statistical population is 819 people and the sample size is 304 available by non-probability method. Data were analyzed using SPSS25 and SMART PLS3 software. The results of the research hypotheses test and the conducted analyzes show that the hypotheses have been confirmed at a 95% confidence level, based on the negative and significant relationship between defensive silence and commitment silence with organizational commitment, as well as a negative and significant relationship. Trust in the leader and trust in the organization was confirmed with a defensive silence and commitment in the governorate of Guilan and its subordinate governorates at a confidence level of 95%.
