تحلیل امنیت غذایی خانوارها: مطالعه صیفیکاران شهرستان شوشتر، استان خوزستان، ایران

Abstract :
هدف از انجام این پژوهش تحلیل امنیت غذایی خانوارها و شناسایی ویژگیهای اقتصادی- اجتماعی مرتبط با آن در بین صیفیکاران شهرستان شوشتر، استان خوزستان در ایران بوده است. این پیمایش مقطعی در فاصله زمانی شهریور 1394 تا بهمن 1395 به طول انجامیده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق صیفی کاران شهرستان شوشتر به تعداد 850 نفر بوده است که براساس جدول مورگان 150 نفر به عنوان جامعه آماری در نظر گرفته شدند. برای ارزیابی سطح امنیت غذایی از پرسشنامه 18 سؤالی USDA در طول 12 ماه، استفاده شده است. مقیاس امنیت غذایی در پاسخ به پرسش Q2تا Q16براساس (18 سوال) محاسبه میشود. این مقیاس شامل هر دو جنبه کمی و کیفی عرضه مواد غذایی خانوار و همچنین پاسخ روانی و رفتاری اعضای خانواده میباشد. براساس نتایج حاصل بیش از نیمی از افراد (67/52%) در ناامنی غذایی به سر میبردند. تحلیل همبستگی بین متغیرها نشان داد که بین درآمد، سطح تحصیلات، فعالیتهای آموزشی و ترویجی، مشارکت اجتماعی، دانش فنی و امنیت غذایی رابطه معنیداری به دست آمد. همچنین نتایج رگرسیون نشان داد که متغیرهای درآمد، سطح تحصیلات، فعالیتهای آموزشی و ترویجی، مشارکت اجتماعی، دانش فنی 43/75 درصد تغییرات متغیر امنیت غذایی را تبیین میکنند.
