Forecasting Outcomes of the Effects of Recreational Projects on the Quality Of Life in Local Communities (Case Study: Entertainment Complex in the 15th Municipality of Tehran)

Abstract :
The fact is that over the past decade, the concept of quality of life and the level of satisfaction with life in cities have become widespread, and recreational and tourism centers in metropolitan cities, according to the multidimensional nature of humans, can diversify their functions by providing various cultural and recreational needs in a planned space. The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality of life and economic indicators due to the effects of recreational areas and feasibility study on the construction of recreational projects such as the "indoor Entertainment project" in the Moshirieh neighborhood" with regard to the economic and social implications of this project on the city and with a futuristic view. And an analysis of the importance of the effects of this recreational project.The research method was descriptive in terms of collecting documentary-descriptive information and some of the information was collected through questionnaires, interviews, observation, tables, sampling and also databases. the data required for this section were also collected used 300 questionnaires from the households surrounding the project site and used the software SPSS20 has been analyzed.Existing studies in area 15 show that the construction of recreation centers has a significant effect on predicting the increase of environmental quality indices and if the traffic negative effects are reduced building such projects, the identity of the residents can be strengthened.
