اثر مکمل بره‌موم بر عملکرد تولیدی بلدرچین‌های محلی

Abstract :

این آزمایش در کالج دانشگاه کشاورزی صلاح الدین اربیل برای بررسی اثر مکمل کردن آب با بره‌موم روی عملکرد و بعضی از خصوصیات فیزیولوژیکی و ایمونولوژیکی جوجه بلدرچین‌ها تا سن 42 روزگی انجام شد. تعداد 450 جوجه بلدرچین تعیین جنسیت نشده یکروزه به طور تصادفی به 5 گروه تیماری اختصاص یافته‌اند. جوجه بلدرچین‌ها در هر گروه تیماری در 3 تکرار (30 جوجه برای هر تکرار) تقسیم شدند. پنج تیمار جیره‌ای عبارت بودند از: (T1 شاهد،  (T2100 میلیگرم برهموم در لیتر، (T3 200 میلیگرم بره‌موم در لیتر، (T4 300 میلیگرم بره‌موم در لیتر و (T5 400 میلیگرم بره‌موم در لیتر. وزن بدن ،افزایش وزن، مصرف خوراک،ضریب تبدیل خوراک، درصد تلفات و تولید روزانه تخم‌مرغ اندازه‌گیری شدند. در پایان آزمایش همه جوجه‌ها کشتار و شاخص تولید، درصد لاشه و درصد قطعات لاشه اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که مکمل کردن آب با سطوح مختلف بره‌موم به طور معنی‌داری (05/0P<) وزن بدن ، وزن لاشه و اوزان ران،پشت و بال را در مقایسه با گروه شاهد افزایش داد. تیمار 300 میلیگرم بره‌موم در لیتر برای عملکرد‌های تولیدی تیمار بهتری در مقایسه با سایر تیمارها بود.
