اثرات متابولیت مایع لاکتوباسیلوس پلانتاروم و پوترسین بر عملکرد رشد، پلیآمینها بافت، لیپیدهای خون و مورفولوژی روده در جوجههای گوشتی

Abstract :
این آزمایش با هدف بررسی اثرات متابولیت مایع تولیدشده توسط لاکتوباسیلوس پلانتاروم و پوترسین موجود در جیره غذایی بر عملکرد رشد، لیپیدهای خون، ارتفاع ویلی، عمق کریپت و پلیآمینهای بافت روده و شیرابه گوارشی در جوجههای گوشتی انجام شد. شش تیمار غذایی با شش تکرار و با چینش فاکتوریل عبارت بودند از دو سطح متابولیت مایع (0 و 3/0 درصد) و سه سطح پوترسین (0، 03/0 و 05/0 درصد). عملکرد رشد و غلظت پلیآمینهای شیرابه گوارشی روده و مدفوع به همراه ارتفاع ویلی و عمق کریپت در سن 21 روزگی اندازهگیری شد. کلسترول ، تریگلیسیرید و گلوکز خون در سنین 24، 33 و 40 روزگی اندازهگیری شدند. پوترسین (05/0 درصد) بر وزن بدن، ضریب تبدیل غذایی و راندمان مصرف انرژی و پروتئین تأثیر منفی داشت و در مقایسه با 03/0 درصد پوترسین باعث افزایش معنیدار ارتفاع ویلی در دئودنوم گردید (05/0P<). افزایش سن به طور معنیداری بر کلسترول، تریگلیسیرید و گلوکز خون اثر میگذارد. تریگلیسیرید خون تحت تأثیر 03/0 درصد پوترسین کاهش معنیدار یافت (05/0P<) و اسپرمیدین مدفوع به طور معنیداری در اثر پوترسین (05/0 درصد) افزایش یافت. پلیآمینهای بافت دئودنوم روده در جوجههای تغذیهشده با متابولیت مایع کاهش یافتند در حالیکه میزان پوترسین جیره خوراکی تأثیری بر روی پلیآمینهای بافت روده نداشت. به عنوان یک نتیجه کلی محتوای پلیآمینهای شیرابههای گوارشی روده تحت تأثیر تیمارهای آزمایش واقع نشدند. متابولیت مایع میکروبی با اینکه پلیآمینهای بافت روده را تحت تأثیر قرار داد اما هیچگونه تأثیری بر رشد و غلظت پلیآمینهای شیرابه روده نداشت. در همین حال پوترسین در سطح 05/0 درصد بر رشد جوجهها تأثیر منفی داشت ولیکن باعث افزایش ارتفاع ویلی در منطقه دئودنوم گردید.
