Analysis of vital factors affecting trust after use and its effect on citizens' intention to continuously use electronic services in Tehran laboratories

Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of analysis of vital factors affecting trust after use and its effect on citizens' intention to continuously use electronic services. The research method is descriptive in order to investigate how the variables have a cause and effect effect, and in terms of purpose, it is of an applied type. The necessary information for the research was obtained through the study of theoretical foundations and a questionnaire of 140 people, which was randomly distributed among the referents and users of electronic services of Massoud Laboratory in 1401. Structural equation modeling using PLS technique has been used to analyze the data. The results of the data analysis showed that the clients' understanding of the quality of information, services and security and privacy has a positive and significant effect on their trust after use; The trust of visitors to the laboratory will have a positive effect on the trust in the laboratory after using it. The trust after using the laboratory will have a positive effect on the perceived usefulness and satisfaction of the clients, and the perceived usefulness and satisfaction have a positive effect on the intention of continuous use of the clients; But the results showed that the clients' understanding of the quality of the system and the clients' trust in the Internet do not affect their trust in the laboratory after using it, and the trust after using the laboratory does not affect their intention to continue using it.
