1 - Deep Eutectic Solvent Based on Choline Chloride/Urea as an Efficient Catalytic System for the One-Pot Synthesis of Highly Functionalized 1,4-Dihydropyridines and Polysubstituted 4H-Chromenes

5 - TiO2/nanoclinoptilolite, a recyclable and high efficient heterogeneous nanocatalyst, for the synthesis of 2-amino-4H-chromene derivatives
Farzad Javadi Reza TayebeeThe synthesis of pharmaceutically and biologically active 2-amino-4H-chromenes was described using TiO2/nanoclinoptilolite (TiO2/NCP) as an efficient nanocatalyst under solvent-free condition. The TiO2/NCP was fabricated through modification of NCP with HDTMA, then the أکثرThe synthesis of pharmaceutically and biologically active 2-amino-4H-chromenes was described using TiO2/nanoclinoptilolite (TiO2/NCP) as an efficient nanocatalyst under solvent-free condition. The TiO2/NCP was fabricated through modification of NCP with HDTMA, then the surface modified NCP was impregnated with titanium tetrachloride solution. Finally, the material incorporated with titanium was calcinated at 500 ºC and was characterized by FT-IR, ICP-OES, SEM, and XRD. The experimental conditions have been completely optimized and established, providing an increase in the rate and high yields. This procedure provides several merits such as a simple workup, economical, environmentally benign, short reaction time and excellent yields. Moreover, the prepared nanocomposite showed very high stability and reusability in the synthetic method under solvent-free and mild conditions. تفاصيل المقالة -

This novel hybrid nanomaterial was applicated for the green synthesis of substituted 2-amino-4H-chromenes via the one-pot condensation reaction of an aldehyde, malononitrile and α-naphthol/β-naphthol/phenol under solvent-free condition. Eco-friendly method, high yield and purity of the desired products, short reaction time along with the ease of the work-up procedure outlines the advantages of these new methodologies over the earlier ones. Surface and magnetic properties of the core/shell hybrid nanoparticles were characterized via transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA/DTA), and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) techniques. 8 - Magnetically recoverable nano-crystalline NiFe2O4 catalyzed green and sustainable synthesis of functionalized pyrano-pyrazol, pyrano-coumarin, and 4H-chromene derivatives
Koyel PradhanSynthesis of pyrano-pyrazol, pyrano-coumarin, and 4H-chromene derivatives has been achieved by the multicomponent reaction of substituted 1,3-diketo compounds, dialkyl acetylene dicarboxylates and alkyl nitrile derivatives in presence of nano-NiFe2O4. The nano-NiFe2O4 m أکثرSynthesis of pyrano-pyrazol, pyrano-coumarin, and 4H-chromene derivatives has been achieved by the multicomponent reaction of substituted 1,3-diketo compounds, dialkyl acetylene dicarboxylates and alkyl nitrile derivatives in presence of nano-NiFe2O4. The nano-NiFe2O4 magnetic nanoparticle was prepared by a simple and effective method and characterized by using XRD, HRTEM images, IR, and VSM studies. The green, convenient, and mild protocol provided large access to desired products in almost quantitative yield. High catalytic activity, very low catalyst loading, and high recyclability are the attractive features of the developed protocol. All reactions were easily performed and preceded with high efficiency under very mild conditions avoiding time-consuming, costly catalysts, and tedious workup and purification of process. تفاصيل المقالة -

The structural features of the synthesized compounds were chara أکثرIn this study, the synthesis of 4H-chromenes of biological activity via a multicomponent reaction of dimedone, aromatic aldehydes and malononitrile catalyzed by glutamic acid as a catalyst was investigated. The structural features of the synthesized compounds were characterized by melting point, IR and 1H NMR analysis. The catalyst being reported here is cheap, safe to handle and the whole procedure is eco-friendly, Milder conditions, one-pot, excellent yields, operational simplicity and ecofriendly preparation are some advantages of this protocol. The compounds were screened for antimicrobial activity. The results showed that these compounds reacted against all the tested bacteria and fungi. تفاصيل المقالة
