مقدمه و هدف: سندرم پیش از قاعدگی (PMS) به فرآیند وقوع دوره ای مجموعه ای از اختلالات جسمانی و خلقی- رفتاری زنان در چند روز اول قاعدگی گفته می شود که بر میزان باروری، سلامت قوای فکری و زندگی اجتماعی آنها تاثیر نامطلوب گذاشته و به دنبال آن دوره های بدون عارضه پدید می آید. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر 8 هفته تمرین مقاومتی با باندهای الاستیک بر سندروم پیش از قاعدگی دختران نوجوان غیرفعال بود.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه ی نیمه تجربی 40 دختر نوجوان غیرفعال مبتلا به سندرم پیش از قاعدگی انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه تمرینات مقاومتی با باند الاستیک و کنترل تقسیم شدند. تمرینات مقاومتی با باند الاستیک به صورت 3 جلسه ی45 دقیقه ای در هر هفته و به مدت هشت هفته انجام گردید. ارزیابی سندروم پیش از قاعدگی آزمودنی ها با کمک پرسشنامه ی غربالگری علائم قبل از قاعدگی (PSST) در مراحل پیش و پس آزمون صورت گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل یافته ها، از آزمون های آماری آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه، آنالیز کواریانس، آزمون t وابسته و آزمون تعقیبی توکی استفاده شد (05/0P≤).یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که قبل از مداخله تفاوت معناداری میان دو گروه آزمایشی از نظر ویژگی های جمعیت شناسی و علائم PMS وجود نداشت (05/0P≥) اما پس از مداخله، علائم PMS در گروه تمرین مقاومتی با باندهای الاستیک نسبت به گروه کنترل از نظر خلقی-رفتاری (31/2±61/7) در مقابل (65/3±84/15) و جسمانی (09/1±35/6) در مقابل (38/1±72/14) کاهش معناداری یافت (05/0P≤).بحث و نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد که هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی با باند الاستیک شدت علائم PMS را در دختران نوجوان کاهش می دهد. بنابراین، به نظر می رسد که تمرین الاستیک بتواند به عنوان یک رویکرد درمانی مطلوب برای دختران نوجوان غیرورزشکار مبتلا به PMS استفاده شود.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Introduction: Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is the process of periodic occurrence of a set of physical and mood-behavioral disorders in women in the first few days of menstruation that adversely affect their fertility, mental health and social life and uncomplicated period follows after those first few days. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of 8 weeks of resistance training with elastic bands on premenstrual syndrome in inactive adolescent girls.Materials and methods: In this semi experimental study, 40 inactive adolescent girls with premenstrual syndrome were selected and randomly divided into two groups of resistance training with elastic band and control. Resistance training with elastic band was performed in 3 sessions of 45 minutes per week for eight weeks. Subjects were assessed using the Premenstrual Symptoms Screening Questionnaire (PSST) in the pre- and post-test stages. To analyze the findings, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), analysis of covariance (ANCOVA), paired t-test and Tukey's post hoc test were used(P≤ 0.05).Findings: The results showed that before the intervention there was no significant difference between the two experimental groups in terms of demographic characteristics and PMS symptoms (P≤ 0.05), but after the intervention, PMS symptoms in the resistance training group with elastic bands compared to the control group in terms of mood-behavior (7.61 ± 2.31 vs. 15.84 ± 3.65) and physical (6.35 ± 1.09 vs. 14.72 ± 1.38) decreased significantly (P <0.05).Conclusion: Eight weeks of elastic band resistance training appears to reduce the severity of PMS symptoms in adolescent girls. Therefore, it seems that elastic training can be used as a favorable treatment approach for non-athlete adolescent girls with PMS.
