چکیده مقاله :
هدف از این تحقیق شناسایی عوامل زمینه ای مؤثر بر توانمندسازی معلمان تربیت بدنی بود. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر استراتژی توصیفی و به لحاظ شیوه گردآوری داده ها در زمره تحقیقات پیمایشی قرار دارد که به صورت میدانی به اجرا در آمده است. جامعه آماری، اساتید، خبرگان دانشگاهی و اجرایی آموزش و پرورش که به طور مستقیم و یا غیر مستقیم با مسائل تربیت بدنی در ارتباط بوده و در در زمینه مدیریت ورزش، درس تربیت بدنی و توانمندسازی، تخصص و اطلاعات منحصر به فرد داشتند. همچنین معلمان تربیت بدنی آموزش و پرورش استان آذربایجان شرقی می باشند نمونه آماری در بخش خبرگان به شیوه اشباع نظری و در بخش معلمان تربیت بدنی به صورت خوشه ای نسبی از مناطق و نواحی مختلف آموزش و پرورش استان آذربایجان شرقی با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان انتخاب شدند. از ابزار پرسشنامه و مصاحبه به منظور گرد آوری اطلاعات استفاده شده است. برای اطمینان از روایی محتوایی و سازه از نظر اساتید و خبرگان مدیریت ورزشی و تحلیل عاملی، پایایی از شاخص آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار Smart PLS و به روش مدل یابی معادله ساختاری انجام شده است. نتایج مدل یابی ساختاری ضمن برازش مدل نشان داد عوامل فرهنگی، ارتباطات، فناوری وعوامل اقتصادی از عوامل زمینه ای تأثیر گذار بر توانمندسازی معلمان تربیت بدنی هستند و فناوری و ارتباطات بیشترین تأثیر را بر توانمند سازی معلمان تربیت بدنی دارد.
AbstractThe purpose of this study was to identifying the contextual factors influencing the empowerment of physical education teachers. The present study is practical in terms of intention, strategically descriptive and in terms of data collection method is a survey research that has been conducted in the field. Statistical community are professors, academics and education executives who were directly or indirectly related to physical education issues and had unique expertise and information in the field of sports management, physical education and empowerment courses. Also, physical education teachers of East Azerbaijan province are statistical samples, where in the section of experts were chosen with theoretical saturation method and in the section of physical education teachers, they were selected in the form of relative cluster from different regions and areas of East Azerbaijan province Education using Krejcie and Morgan table. Questionnaire and interview tools were used to collect information. Cronbach's alpha index was used to ensure the content and the structure validity of professors and experts in sports management and factor analysis. Data analysis was performed by using Smart PLS software and structural equation modeling method. The results of structural modeling while fitting the model showed that cultural factors, communication, technology and economic factors are the contextual factors affecting the empowerment of physical education teachers and among them, technology and communication have the greatest impact on the empowerment of physical education teachers.
