اثر پیش تیمار اسمزی بر شاخصهای جوانه زنی گیاه دارویی انیسون تحت تنش شوری

چکیده مرحله جوانه زنی و استقرار گیاهچه از جمله مراحل حساس رشد گیاهان است که به شدت تحت تاثیر شوری محیط قرار میگیرد. پیش تیمار اسمزی به عنوان یک راهکار مناسب در شرایط تنش برای برخی گیاهان معرفی شده است. در این تحقیق اثر پیش تیمار اسمزی بر شاخصهای جوانه زنی بذر گیاه دارویی انیسون تحت تنش شوری به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 3 تکرار در آزمایشگاه گیاهان دارویی مرکز آموزش عالی شهید باکری میاندوآب بررسی شد. فاکتور پیش تیمار شامل سه سطح شاهد، کلرید کلسیم و کلرید پتاسیم با غلظت 5/1 درصد و فاکتور شوری شامل 4سطح از غلظت های 0، 50، 100 و 150 میلی مولار کلرید سدیم بود. تنش شوری باعث کاهش شاخصهای جوانی زنی و رویش اولیه گیاه و درنتیجه کاهش ارتفاع، وزن تر و خشک گیاهچه گردید. در نمونه های پیش تیمار شده تاثیر منفی تنش شوری به مقدار قابل توجهی کاسته شد. پیش تیمار کلرید کلسیم در تمامی موارد به استثنای شاخص بنیه بذر تاثیر بیشتری نسبت به کلرید پتاسیم در مقابله با پیامد های تنش شوری داشت.
