چکیده مقاله :
ارزﺷﯿﺎﺑﯽ از دﯾﺮﺑﺎز ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮑﯽ از ﮐﺎرﮐﺮدﻫﺎی ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ ﻧﻘﺸﯽ اﺳﺎﺳﯽ را در ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰی ﺻﺤﯿﺢ، اﺟﺮای ﻣﻮﻓﻖ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎی آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ و ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ در داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎ دارد. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ دﻧﺒﺎل اراﺋﻪ ﻣﺪﻟﯽ ﺟﺎﻣﻊ ﺑﺮای ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد اﻋﻀﺎی ﻫﯿﺎت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﻣؤﺳﺴﺎت آﻣﻮزش ﻋﺎﻟﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﻣﺪل ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎدی ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺟﻤﻊ ﺑﻨﺪی ادﺑﯿﺎت ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، از ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﻌﺪ، ﻣؤﻟﻔﻪ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ؛ ﮐﻪ در ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﺧﺎص ﺑﻪ دو ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﻌﺪ و ﻣؤﻟﻔﻪ اﮐﺘفاء ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﻣﺘﺸﮑﻞ از ﮐﻠﯿﻪ اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ رﺳﻤﯽ و ﻗﺮاردادی و ﭘﯿﻤﺎﻧﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﮐﺎﺷﺎن ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺳﺮﺷﻤﺎری، و ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﮔﺮدآوری دادهﻫﺎ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪای ﺑﺮﻃﺒﻖ اﺑﻌﺎد و ﻣؤﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎی ﻣﺪل ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎدی ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و در ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ اﻋﻀﺎی ﻫﯿﺎت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از اﺟﺮای ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری ﺑﺎ ﻣﺪل ﺑﻌﺪ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ۴ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪی ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻪ اول ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺪل ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻫﯿﺄت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣؤﻟﻔﻪ از ﻧﻈﺮ رواﯾﯽ ﺳﺎزه ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻫﺮ ﭼﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻫﺮ ﯾﮏ از ﻣؤﻟﻔﻪ ۲۰ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد اﺟﺮاﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاهﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ ﻫﺮ ﯾﮏ از اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت ﺗﺸﺨﯿﺺ داده ﺷﺪ.
From the beginning, evaluation as one of the functions of university management has a fundamental role in correct planning, successful implementation of educational programs and improvement of educational quality in universities. The current research aims to present a comprehensive model for evaluating the performance of academic staff members of higher education institutions. The research proposal model is formed based on the collection of research literature, from three levels, component and index; In the current research, it is limited to two levels of dimension and component. The results obtained from structural equation analysis with the following model of research performance, cultural performance, and performance of 4 first-order confirmatory factors indicate that the evaluation model of the academic board's performance with a component from the point of view of structural validity is valid. Although the degree of influence of each of the 20 educational components and executive function was identified on each of the different dimensions.
