چکیده مقاله :
هدف این مطالعه بررسی چالشهای پیشروی ورزش شهروندی استان کردستان و ارائه مدل ارتقاء بود. پژوهش حاضر کیفی و از نوع تحلیل مضمون بود. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش را صاحبنظران تشکیل میدادند. جهت نمونهگیری از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند استفاده شد و مبتنی بر اشباع نظری با 17 نفر از صاحبنظران مصاحبه شد. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات، از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. جهت بررسی کیفیت و اعتباربخشی به نتایج از معیارهای لینکلن و گابا (1985) که شامل معیارهای اعتبار، انتقال، قابلیت اعتماد و تأییدپذیری است استفاده شد. همچنین بهمنظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش تحلیل مضمون اتریداسترلینگ استفاده شد. یافتههای این مطالعه نشان داد: چالشهای پیشروی ورزش شهروندی استان کردستان کانون شبکهای مضمونی است که در برگیرنده 3 مضمون فراگیر و 9 مضمون سازماندهنده (1) چالشهای زمینهای (نامطلوب بودن زیرساختهای ورزشی، مشکلات اقتصادی حاکم بر جامعه، تهدیدات زیستمحیطی)، (2) چالشهای ساختاری (یکپارچه نبودن مدیریت ورزش شهروندی، ضعف مدیریتی و سیاستگذاری، ضعف شاخص و نظام آماری مدون، حکمرانی نامناسب شهری) و (3) چالشهای رفتاری (حاکمیت نگاه سیاسی به ورزش، تغییر سبک زندگی شهروندان) است. همچنین ارتقاء ورزش شهروندی استان کردستان کانون شبکهای مضمونی است که در برگیرنده 3 مضمون فراگیر و 8 مضمون سازماندهنده (1) حمایت زمینهای (مشوقهای کارآمد و هدفمند، افزایش کیفیت و کمیت زیرساختهای ورزشی استان)، (2) حمایت ساختاری (پشتیبانی مالی، سلامتمحوری: محور طراحی شهری، یکپارچهسازی و وحدت رویه در ورزش شهروندی و پیریزی نظام آماری مدرن و مدون) و (3) حمایت رفتاری (توسعه فرهنگ عمومی ورزش و آگاهسازی جامعه و اهتمام به ورزش شهروندی در مدیریت شهری) است
چکیده انگلیسی:
The purpose of this study was to examine the challenges facing the citizen sports of Kurdistan province and to present a promotion model. The current research was qualitative and of thematic analysis type. The statistical community of this research was made up of experts. Purposive sampling method was used for sampling and 17 experts were interviewed based on theoretical saturation. The findings of this study showed: the challenges of advancing citizen sports in Kurdistan province are the focus of a network of themes that include 3 overarching themes and 9 organizing themes (1) contextual challenges (undesirability of sports infrastructure, economic problems prevailing in the society, environmental threats), (2) structural challenges (non-integrated management of citizen sports, weak management and policy-making, weak index and codified statistical system, inappropriate urban governance) and (3) behavioral challenges (dominance of political views on sports, change in citizens' lifestyles). Also, the promotion of citizen sports in Kurdistan province is the center of a thematic network that includes 3 comprehensive themes and 8 organizing themes (1) contextual support (efficient and targeted incentives, increasing the quality and quantity of the province's sports infrastructure), (2) structural support (financial support, health-oriented : The focus of urban design is integration and unity of approach in citizenship sports and the establishment of a modern and codified statistical system) and (3) behavioral support (development of the general culture of sports and awareness of society and attention to citizenship sports in urban management)
