چکیده مقاله :
هدف از این پژوهش تبیین رابطه هوش اخلاقی و جهت گیری خوش بینانه با اثربخشی دبیران زن دوره متوسطه شهرستان فیروزآباد بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف؛ کاربردی، از نظر روش و شیوه گردآوری دادهها توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده است. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه 107 نفر از دبیران زن مشغول به تدریس دبیرستانهای شهرستان فیروزآباد فارس در مهرماه 1393 بوده که به شیوه سرشماری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتهاند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه هوش اخلاقی لنیک و کیل (2005) و پرسشنامه جهت گیری خوشبینی شییر و کارور(2001) و پرسشنامه اثربخشی مقیمی و رمضان (2010) استفاده شده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون کولموگروف- اسمیرنف تک نمونهای(one-sample K-S) و آزمون تحلیل رگرسیون استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان دادهاند که بین هوش اخلاقی و اثربخشی دبیران همبستگی آماری مستقیم و معناداری وجود دارد. بین هوش اخلاقی با ابعاد اثربخشی نیز همبستگی آماری مستقیم و معناداری بدست آمده است. بین خوش بینی با اثربخشی دبیران و ابعاد آن همبستگی آماری معناداری بدست نیامده است.
The purpose of this research was to describe and explain the relationship between moral intelligence and life orientation with effectiveness of female teachers in high school of Firooz Abad City. The research method was descriptive in type of correlation. Statistical population of this research included 107 individuals of female teachers who taught at high school of Fars Firooz Abad in 2014 School year , that have been studied on the basis of census. For data collection, Lennick & Kiel's moral intelligence questionnaire (2005), Carver & Scheier's optimism questionnaire (2003), Moghimi and Ramezan (2010) effectiveness questionnaire have been used. For analysis of data, Pearson correlation ratio statistical tests, one sample Kolmogorov – Smirnoff test (one sample K.S), independent simple T – test, variance analysis test (ANOVA) have been used. Results show that there is meaningful and direct statistical correlation between moral intelligence and life orientation and effectiveness of teachers. In addition, there is a meaningful and direct statistical correlation between moral intelligence and any dimensions of effectiveness.
