اثربخشی روش آموزش خلاقیت پریز بر اضطراب امتحان و عملکرد تحصیلی دانش آموزان دختر شهرستان مراغه

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی خلاقیت پریز بر اضطراب امتحان و عملکرد تحصیلی دانش آموزان دختر دوره اول متوسطه شهرستان مراغه در سال تحصیلی 97-96 انجام شده است. روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون و گروه کنترل بوده است. جامعه آماری طرح شامل کلیه مدارس دخترانه متوسطه اول شهرستان مراغه بود که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس یک مدرسه و از آن مدرسه 30 نفر از دانش آموزانی که بالاترین نمره اضطراب را کسب کردند، انتخاب و به شیوه تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفری آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه اضطراب امتحان فریدمن و پرسشنامه سنجش عملکرد تحصیلی فام و تیلور بوده است. و برای مداخله از برنامه آموزشی خلاقیت پریز استفاده شد. که طی 8 جلسه 30/1 ساعته طی چهار هفته به گروه آزمایش ارائه گردید. جهت تحلیل آماری از داده های طرح، از نرم افزار SPSS 20 استفاده شد. روش آماری بکار رفته جهت آزمون فرضیهها، تحلیل کواریانس دو راهه (آنکوای دو راهه) بود. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل آماری فرضیه ها نشان داد که میانگین اضطراب امتحان دانش آموزان و مولفه های تحقیر اجتماعی، خطای شناختی و تنیدگی در گروه آزمایش پس از مداخله، نسبت به میانگین های پیش آزمون و گروه کنترل به طور معنی داری افزایش یافته است. و در مرحله پس آزمون میانگین عملکرد تحصیلی دانش آموزان و مولفه های خودکارآمدی، تاثیرات هیجانی و برنامه ریزی در گروه آزمایش نسبت به میانگین های پیش آزمون و گروه کنترل به طور معنی داری افزایش یافته است. نتایج بدست آمده از آزمون فرضیه ها نشان داد که روش آموزش خلاقیت پریز بر کاهش اضطراب امتحان دانش آموزان دختر، و افزایش عملکرد تحصیلی دانش آموزان دختر تاثیر داشته است.
The purpose of this study is to investigate and evaluate the effectiveness of PRIZ creativity training method over exam anxiety and educational performance among female students of first-grade of high school in 1396-97 school-year in Maragheh county. The methodology of this study has been based upon the quasi-experimental of pretest – posttest design and one control group. The statistical sample of this designation is including all the female students of first-grade of high school in the Maragheh county, which the samples were selected through sampling method and 30 of those students who have gained the highest score in anxiety were selected in that school, and they were assigned into two separate groups of 15-membered experimental groups and control groups. The tools used for collecting data are Fridman anxiety testing questionnaire, and assessing the educational performance of Pham and Taylor, and for the intervention, it has used by PRIZ creativity syllabus program, which has been provided over 8 sessions in half an hour during a four-week program of experimental group. In order to analyze the statistical data of the plot, it has been used by the SPSS software V20. The methodology which is used for the statistics in testing hypothesis was Two-Way Covariance Analysis (Two Way Ancoe). The results attained by the data analysis of these hypothesis showed that the average anxiety of students’ testing and the components of social humiliation, the cognitive errors, and the tension among the control group after the interference has been augmented significantly according to the averages of pretest and the control group. In the stage of posttest, the average of students’ educational performance, and the components of self-efficacy, the impacts of excitement, and making a program in experimental group has been augmented significantly by comparing to the averages of pretest and control group. The result attained from testing the hypothesis showed that the PRIZ creativity training method has a very significant impact in reducing of testing anxiety among female students, and also it is so beneficial in enhancing of academic and educational performances of these female students.
