بررسی ابتلای همزمان اختلالات روانپزشکی در افراد همسر آزار (مطالعه کیفی)

خشونت علیه همسران از مشکلات عمده بهداشت روان در خانوادههاست. بر اساس تحقیقات، مردان همسر آزار به اختلالات روانپزشکی متعددی دچار هستند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی میزان ابتلا به اختلالات روانپزشکی در افراد دچار رفتارهای خشونتآمیز خانگی در شهر تهران بود. این مطالعه به شکل کیفی در مقایسه دادههای نمونه مشتمل بر دو گروه مطالعه سالم و همسر آزار استخراج و تفسیر شد و تشخیصهای روانپزشکی بر اساس TR-DSM-IV مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشانداد که رتبهبندی ابتلای همزمان ده اختلال روانپزشکی با مشکل همسر آزاری به ترتیب عبارتاند از؛ اختلال سوءمصرف مواد مخدر یا محرک با 9/39 %، مجموعه اختلالات کنترل تکانه یا تکانشگری3/35%، اختلال ناتوانی در یکی از کارکردهای جنسی6/31%، اختلال شخصیت دیگر آزار یا سادیستیک8/29%، افسردگی مزمن6/27%، اختلال شخصیت پارانویید 9/24%، سوءمصرف مشروبات الکلی6/24%، اختلال شخصیت ضد اجتماعی2/22%، اختلال اضطراب فراگیر3/19%، اختلال شخصیت مرزی2/18%. یافتههای مطالعه حاضر تلویحات پیشگیرانه، تشخیصی، بالینی، پژوهشی و آموزشی فراوانی در کنترل اختلال همسر آزاری دارد.
Violence against women is a very important problem for family mental health. According to researches; domestic abusers suffer from mulitple psychiatric disorders. This study aimed to investigate the comorbidity of psychiatric disorders in domestic abuser husbands in Tehran. According to available sampling method and diagnostic criteria, 100 domestic abuser husbands and 100 non-domestic abuser husbands were selected and assessed by SCID tools and other indices. The results showed that the ranking of ten psychiatric problems concurrent with domestic violence include: Substance abuse 39.9 %, Impulse control disorder 35.3%, Sexual problems or dysfunction 31.6%, Sadistic personality disorder 29.8%, chronic depression 27.67%, Paranoid personality disorder 24.9%, Alcohol abuse 21.6%, antisocial personality disorder 22.2%, Anxiety disorder 19.39%, and Borderline personality disorder 18.2%. The results of the present study have great preventive, diagnostic, clinical, research and educational implications in controlling domestic abuse disorder.
