بررسی رابطه آموزش تحلیل ارتباط متقابل در راهبردهای مقابله با رضایت از زندگی زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه

چکیده مقاله :
از دیدگاه روان شناختی فهم رضایت از زندگی یک تعهد نظری و تجربی مهم است وشناخت عوامل موثر بر رضایت از زندگی افراد اهمیت بسزایی دارد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر آموزش تحلیل ارتباط متقابل در مهارتهای مقابلهای و رضایت از زندگی زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه است. نمونه پژوهش که به روش غیرتصادفی دردسترس(داوطلبانه) انتخاب شدند، شامل40 نفر (20 نفر برای گروه آزمایش و 20 نفر برای گروه کنترل) از زنانی که در انجمن حمایت از زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان تبریز عضو می باشد. دو گروه در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون (قبل و بعد از ارائه متغیّر مستقل) به پرسشنامه های مهارتهای مقابلــه و رضایت از زندگی پاسخ دادند. در فاصله پیش آزمون و پس آزمون، گروه آزمایشی به مدت8 جلسه نود دقیقهای به شیوه تحلیل ارتباط متقابل تحت آموزش قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد تحلیل ارتباط متقابل در راهبردهای مقابلهای زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه تاثیر مثبت و در افزایش رضایت از زندگی آنان موثر می باشد.
