اثر بخشی آموزش رابطه مادر- کودک بر کاهش کودک آزاری جسمی و عاطفیچکیده رابطه ی مادر – کودک جزء مهم ترین عوامل مطرح در سوء رفتار با کودک تلقی می شود. هدف پژوهش ارزیابی اثر بخشی آموزش رابطه مادر- کودک بر کاهش کودک آزاری جسمی و عاطفی بود.این مطالعه از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه گواه است. نمونه ای به تعداد 30 نفر از بین مادران دارای کودک 10-7 ساله که در مدارس پایه اول تا چهارم ابتدایی که در شهر تبریز مشغول به تحصیل بودند به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و سپس به روش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش(15(n= و کنترل(15n= ) قرار گرفتند. بسته آموزشی روابط والد و کودک به گروه آزمایش در 10 جلسه ، آموزش داده شد. پرسشنامه دو بعدی کودک آزاری قبل وبعد از تشکیل جلسات بر روی هر دو گروه اجرا گردید. داده ها با روشتحلیل کوواریانس یک طرفه تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که بین نمرات پیش آزمون و پس آزمون کودک آزاری جسمی و عاطفی در سطح (05/0p < ) تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. با توجه به یافته ها می توان گفت که برنامه آموزش رابطه مادر- کودک می تواند باعث کاهش کودک آزاری جسمی و عاطفی گردد. وازگان کلیدی: بهبود روابط مادر- کودک ، کودک آزاری جسمی ، کودک آزاری عاطفی
The relationship between mother - is among the most important risk factors to be in child abuse. This study aims to find out the effect of the mother child relationship on reducing the Effectiveness of the Mother -Child Relationship Education on Reduce physical and emotional Child Abuse. Study was a quasi- With pre-test and post test and the control group. A sample of 30 mothers with of 7-10 years old children between 10-7 years old who have been enrolled in the first up to forth grade in primary school were selected And They were randomly assigned to two groups (n =15, and control (n =15) The training package of improving the parent and child relationships were taught to experimental group for 10 sessions group the 10 sessions. the abuse questionnaire was distributed before and after the treatment for two groups and after the next two meetings were conducted on both groups.. collected data were analyzed by analysis of one-Way covariance.The results showed there was a significant difference between the the pre-test and post-test scores of physical and emotional abuse (P <0/05),.According to the findings, we can conclude that the training methods for improving relations between parent and child can educe physical and emotional of child abuse.
