سبک زندگی با شیوع سرعت ویروس کرونا منجر به انقباض شدید فعالیت اقتصادی شده است زیرا بسیاری از مردم در دوران پسا کرونا قادر به رفتن به محل کار خود نبودند و در مشاغل دیگر نیز نمی توانستند، فعالیت کنند . هدف از این پژوهش عوامل موثر بر اشتغال و بیکاری در دوران پسا کرونا با رویکرد سبک زندگی زنان سرپرست خانوار در شهر تهران می باشد.روش اجرای پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی – پیمایشی است از لحاظ هدف نیز کاربردی می باشد . جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر 384 نفر از زنان سرپرست خانوار در شهر تهران می باشند. روش نمونه گیری نیز به شکل سرشماری کامل می باشد و همچنین به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روشهای آماری توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده گردید. در سطح توصیفی از میانگین، فراوانی جداول و نمودار و در سطح استنباطی از ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن، تحلیل خوشه ای به کمک نرم افزارSPSS انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که اشتغال و بیکاری بر سبک زندگی دوران پساکرونا تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. اشتغال و بیکاری در دوران پساکرونا بر متغیرهای اقتصاد رفتاری، خانواده،سرمایه فرهنگی و نگرش زنان سرپرست خانوار تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند.
With the rapid spread of the Corona virus, lifestyles have led to a sharp contraction in economic activity because many people in the post-Corona era were unable to go to work and could no longer work. The purpose of this study Was to find out the the factors affecting employment and unemployment in the post-corona period with the lifestyle approach of women Who are the head of their family in Tehran. The method of this research was descriptive-survey and in terms of purpose was applied. The statistical population of the present study included 384 female-headed families in Tehran. Sampling method was complete census and also descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the data. At the descriptive level the mean, frequency of tables and graphs and at the inferential level Spearman correlation coefficient, cluster analysis were performed using SPSS software. The results showed that employment and unemployment affect the lifestyle of the post-Corona era. Employment and unemployment in the post-corona period have a positive and significant effect on the variables of behavioral economy, family, cultural capital and the attitude of female-headed families..
