مقایسه اثربخشی ذهن آگاهی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس و حساسیتزدایی با حرکات چشم بر خودتنظیمی و اختلال استرس پس از ضربه در دانشآموزان متوسطه

چکیده مقاله :
این پژوهش به مقایسه اثربخشی ذهن آگاهی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس و حساسیتزدایی با حرکات چشم و پردازش مجدد بر خودتنظیمی و اختلال استرس پس از ضربه در دانشآموزان پرداخته است. این مطالعه از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون ــ پسآزمون و پیگیری و نمونه گیری دردسترس بود. جامعه آماریِ این پژوهش دانشآموزان دورۀ اول و دوم متوسطۀ شهرستان سرپلذهاب بود. پس از اجرای مقیاس شهروندی اختلال استرس پس از سانحه می سی سی پی(Mississippi scale for PTSD, keane, Cadell& Taylor,1998) و پرسشنامه خودتنظیمی بوفارد (Bouffard, Boisvert, Vezeau & Larouche ,1995) تعداد 45 نفر دانشآموز، بهصورت در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به سه گروه 15 تایی، شامل 2 گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش اول به مدت 6 جلسه 90 دقیقهای تحت درمان حساسیت زدایی با حرکات چشم و گروه آزمایشی دوم به مدت 8 جلسه 2ساعته تحت مداخله ذهن آگاهی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس، قرار گرفتند. هر سه گروه 60 روز بعد مجددا پیگیری شدند. داده¬ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون تعقیبی ال-اس-دی تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته ¬ها نشان داد که هر دو روش درمانی فوق میتوانند خودتنظیمی و اختلال استرس پس از سانحه را در پس آزمون و پیگیری بهبود بخشند (05/0 P<).
The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of mindfulness based on stress reduction and desensitization with eye movements and reprocessing on self-regulation and post-traumatic stress disorder in students. This research was a quasi-experimental study with pre-test-post-test design and sampling available. The statistical population of this study was the students of the first and second year of high school in Sarpol-e-Zahab city. After completing the Mississippi Citizenship Scale(Mississippi scale for PTSD, keane, Cadell& Taylor,1998) and the Beaufort Self-Regulatory Questionnaire( Bouffard, Boisvert, Vezeau & Larouche ,1995), 45 adolescents were randomly selected and randomly divided into three groups of 15, including two experimental groups and a control group. The first experimental group underwent desensitization with eye movements for 6 sessions of 90 minutes and the second experimental group underwent stress reduction intervention mindfulness intervention for 8 sessions of 2 hours. All three groups were followed up again 60 days later. Data were analyzed using repeated measures analysis of variance and covariance and Scheffe post hoc test. The results showed that both of the above therapies can improve self-regulation and post-traumatic stress disorder in post-test and follow-up(P<0.05).
