طراحی الگوی برنامهدرسی کارشناسی مشاوره و راهنمایی مبتنی بر شایستگی (مورد مطالعه دانشگاه فرهنگیان)

چکیده مقاله :
هدف این پژوهش طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی برنامهدرسی مبتنی بر شایستگی دوره کارشناسی مشاوره و راهنمایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان است. رویکرد پژوهش حاضر کیفی و به روش پژوهش نظریه ای انجام گرفته است. حوزه آماری پژوهش شامل اساتید و خبرگان برنامهدرسی مبتنی بر شایستگی بود که با استفاده از روشهای نمونهگیری هدفمند و رویکرد نمونه گیری کلوله برفی 12 نفر طبق اصل اشباع نظری بهعنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش کدگذاری در نرم افزار مکس کیودا استفاده شد. جهت بررسی اطمینان پذیری داده ها از معیارهای گوبا و لینکلن و روش هایی چون خبرگی و نقادی آیزنر استفاده شد. در این پژوهش 5 بُعد، 11 مضمون اساسی و 33 مضمون پایه شناسایی شد که مضمونها شامل اهداف (با 2 مقوله اهداف ذهنی و عینی)، محتوا (با 3 مقوله محتوای دانش، نگرش و مهارت)، مواد و منابع آموزشی (با 2 مقوله فضای آموزش و منابع آموزشی)، راهبردهای آموزشی (با 2 مقوله راهبردهای آموزشی و راهبردهای تدریس)، ارزیابی (با 2 مقوله ارزیابی کلی و جزئی) بودند. با توجه به مولفههای شناسایی شده، الگوی پیشنهاد شده می تواند در راستای ارتقای شایستگی دانشجویان رشته کارشناسی مشاوره و راهنمایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
The purpose of this research is to design and validate the competency-based curriculum model for the counseling and guidance undergraduate course of Farhangian University. The approach of the current research is qualitative and theoretical research. The statistical population of the research included professors and experts, using the snowball sampling method, 12 professors were selected as a statistical sample. To collect information from a semi-structured interview. Data analysis was done using the coding method and through Max Kyuda software. In order to check the reliability of the data, Guba and Lincoln (1980) criteria and methods such as Eisner's expertise and criticism were used. In this research, 5 themes, 11 main categories and 33 sub-categories were identified, which themes include goals, which include 2 categories of subjective and objective goals and 4 sub-categories. The content of the categories of educational materials and resources included 2 categories of educational space and educational resources and 4 sub-categories, the content of educational strategies included 2 categories of educational strategies and teaching strategies and 5 sub-categories, the content of evaluation included 2 general and partial evaluation categories and 4 sub-categories. According to the identified components, the proposed model can be taken into consideration in order to improve the competence of undergraduate counseling and guidance students of Farhangian University.
