Studying the anatomy and the physiology of the respiratory system and investigating the HME filters of the ventilator device

Abstract :
In this study, first the anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system is reviewed, then the filters of the ventilator device are investigated. In the continuation of the research, after examining the above cases, a case similar to the HME filter of the ventilator device will be designed, but with some changes in appearance in SolidWorks software. Finally, the existing stress analyzes are performed on the filter and in terms of case material is examined. Then in terms of fluid flow, which is usually oxygen, and as will be seen in the new design, the oxygen speed in the device will increase and there will be less steam, as well as excess water will be released, which will be examined in this study. Eventually thermal analysis on the filter is performed and it is illustrated increasing g the temperature about the filter cannot effect on the filter’s performance because it falls rapidly.
