چکیده مقاله :
زمینه و هدف: مدیریت پسماندهای خطرناک یکی از مهمترین مسئلههای عصر حاضر است. عدم توجه به برنامه ریزی و مدیریت صحیح آن می تواند موجب آلودگی آب های سطحی، زیرزمینی، خاک و هوا در سطح گسترده شود. از طرفی، توجه بیشتر به معیارهای زیست محیطی در برنامه ریزی های کلان مملکتی ایجاد یک نگرش علمی جهت دفن زائدات خطرناک از طریق انتخاب محل های مناسب دفن این مواد را به دنبال داشته است که عدم توجه و رعایت اصول علمی و زیست محیطی باعث آلودگی آب، خاک، هوا شده و سلامت انسان و دیگر موجودات زنده را در معرض خطر قرار داده است. هدف از این مطالعه مکانیابی محل دفن پسماندهای خطرناک با کاربرد روشهای تصمیمگیری چند معیاره و GIS میباشد.روش بررسی: در این تحقیق با استفاده از روش دلفی جهت تعیین معیارها و ANP، TOPSIS و نرم افزار سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی (GIS[1]) مکان مناسب جهت دفن پسماندهای ویژه در استان لرستان (که تاکنون هیچ محلی جهت دفن پسماندهای ویژه برای آن در نظر گرفته نشده) مشخص شده است.یافتهها: در نهایت پنج منطقه در استان لرستان از شهرستانهای ازنا، الیگودرز، کوهدشت و پلدختر به عنوان بهترین مکان جهت دفن پسماندهای ویژه در استان لرستان معرفی شدند و سپس با روش Topsis این پنج منطقه اولویتبندی شدند.بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان میدهد که دو مدل Topsis و ANP در کنار GIS کارایی بسیاری در مکانیابی دفن پسماندها را دارا میباشد که با تحقیقات انجام گرفته در سایر مناطق مطابقت دارد.[1]- Geographic Information System

Background and Objective: Hazardous waste management is one of the most important issues of today. Failure to pay attention to proper planning and management can cause surface, groundwater, soil and air pollution on a large scale. On the other hand, more attention to environmental criteria in national macro-planning has led to the creation of a scientific attitude to bury hazardous waste by selecting suitable landfills for these materials, which lack of attention and observance of scientific and biological principles have polluted water, soil, air and endangered the health of humans and other living organisms. The purpose of this study is to locate hazardous waste landfills using multi-criteria decision making and GIS methods.Material and Methodology: In this research, using the Delphi method to determine the criteria and ANP, TOPSIS and GIS software, a suitable place for landfilling in Lorestan province (for which no landfill has been considered so far) has been specified.Findings: The area of the city of Azna, Aligudarz, Kuhdasht and Poldokhtar as the best place for special waste landfill in the province were introduced.Discussion and Conclusion: The results show that two TOPSIS and AHP in the GIS in locating many landfills is capable to perform that corresponded with research in other areas.
