چکیده مقاله :
زمینه و هدف: امروزه توجه به کیفیت آموزش عالی و تربیت نیروی متخصص و کارآمد یکی از ارکان اساسی برنامه ریزیها محسوب میشود. برنامه ریزی جهت بالا بردن سطح کیفیت آموزشی مراکز آموزش عالی زمینه ساز تربیت افرادی متخصص و ماهر میباشد که بتواند نیازهای اقتصادی و صنعتی جامعه را برآورده سازند و کشور را در مسیر پیشرفت و توسعه ملی قرار دهند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف رهیافتی نو در آموزش صحیح دانشجویان برای آگاهی افزایی محیط زیستی از دیدگاه اعضا هیات علمی (مطالعه موردی: دانشکدههای تخصصی، وابسته و مرتبط با محیط زیست در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم و تحقیقات تهران) انجام گرفته است. روش بررسی: این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش پژوهش توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه اعضا هیات علمی دوره کارشناسی ارشد دانشکده علوم و مهندسی صنایع غذایی، دانشکده منابع طبیعی و محیط زیست و دانشکده مکانیک، برق وکامپیوتر واحد علوم و تحقیقات تهران به تعداد 149 نفر در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 است. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان 107 نفر براساس روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محققساخته شامل 30 سوال بسته پاسخ با طیف لیکرت تنظیم شده است. پایایی پرسشنامه براساس ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 793/0 بهدست آمد و برای تعیین روایی پرسشنامه از روایی صاحبنظران استفاده شده است. دادهها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (درصد، فراوانی، میانگین، انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی (آزمون t تک متغیره و آزمون فریدمن برای تعیین سهم هر یک از عوامل در بهبود کیفیت آموزش و یادگیری) با بکارگیری نرم افزار SPSS تحلیل گردیده است. یافتهها: نتایج نشان میدهد که عوامل علاقه دانشجویان به رشته تحصیلی خود، میزان مشارکت دانشجویان در فعالیتهای آموزشی، روش تدریس اعضای هیات علمی، سازماندهیمحتوای آموزشی، تجهیزات و امکانات دانشگاه در آموزش صحیح دانشجویان برای آگاهیافزایی محیط زیستی بیش از سطح متوسط موثر بوده است. بحث و نتیجهگیری: دانشگاهها به منظور تربیت دانشجویانی آگاه به مسائل زیست محیطی، باید آموزشی اصولی را در دستور کار خود قرار دهند. این آموزش باید از جهات مختلف بررسی شود و کیفیت آن رو به بهبود باشد. در این بررسی بیشترین رتبه مربوط به عامل میزان مشارکت دانشجویان در فعالیتهای آموزشی و کمترین رتبه مربوط به عامل سازماندهی محتوای آموزشی بوده است.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Background and Objective: Current research is carried out with the aim of new approach in proper training of students To achieve more environmental awareness considering academic members opinions through case studies of professional, dependent, and related Faculties to the environmental topic in science and research branch, Islamic Azad university(SRB-IAU).
Material and Methodology: This investigation is an applied via purpose and descriptive survey via research method. Statistical society of this research is consisting of all of academic member 149 members in academic years 1399-1400 Faculty of Food Industry Science and Engineering, Faculty of Natural Resources and Environment and Faculty of Mechanics, Electrical Power and Computer of (SRB-IAU). Sample size is chosen 107 members using Morgan Table based on simple random sampling method. Data collection tools is a 30-item research-made questionnaire with Likert scale answer pack. Questionnaire reliability is obtained bused on Cronbach’s alpha coefficient equal to 0/793. To Determine the validity of the questionnaire, expert person certification is used. Data is analysed using descriptive statistics (Percentage, Frequency, Average, Standard deviation) and inferential statics (Single variable t-Test, and Friedman test for determing the share of each factors in training and learning quality improvement with the help of SPSS software.
Findings: Results indicate that students interest factors to their field of study, amount student participation in educational activities, teaching method of faculty members. Organising educational content, university equipment and facilities are effective more than avarage level in the proper education of students to achieve more environmental awareness.
Discussion and Conclusion: To Train knowledgeable students on environmental issues, principled education must be applied in universities. This education should be surveyed through several point of view and it’s quality must be improved continuously. In this study, maximum rank is belonging to student Participation in educational activities index and minimum rank is related to organising educational content index.
