بررسی فرهنگ سازمانی (مدل کویین) با امکان پذیری استقرار مدیریت دانش در سروش رسانه

مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: نقش فرهنگ سازمانی حاکم در یک سازمان در امکان استقرار مدیریت دانش موضوعی است که در مدلهای فرهنگ سازمانی و در سازمآنهای یادگیرنده مورد توجه است. هدف اصلی این مقاله بررسی فرهنگ سازمانی با امکان سنجی استقرار مدیریت دانش در سروش رسانه است. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش براساس پیمایش و با ابزار پرسشنامه پنج گزینهای لیکرت به عنوان ابزاری برای ارزیابی متغیرها استفاده شد. نمونه نویسندگان شامل 276 نفر از اعضای 13 بخش برگزیدۀ هدف میباشد. یافتهها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد که اخلاق حرفهای و فرهنگ سازمانی در سازمان مورد بررسی از حد متوسط بالاتر بوده و در بررسی متغیرهای دموگرافیک (جنسیت، سابقه خدمت، میزان تحصیلات) میزان اخلاق حرفهای و فرهنگ سازمانی در بین کارکنان زن بیشتر از مرد میباشد. اما میزان اخلاق حرفهای و فرهنگ سازمانی در سایر متغیرهای دموگرافیکی یکسان میباشد. نتیجهگیری: همچنین نتیجه گرفته شد که با افزایش فرهنگ سازمانی، اخلاق حرفهای و مولفه های آن، چون شایستگی تخصصی کارکنان، شایستگی پداگوژی، رشد و توسعه مدیریت دانش در سازمان نیز افزایش مییابد.
Objective: The main purpose of this article is to study the organizational culture with the feasibility of establishing knowledge management in Soroush Media. Research Method: The research method in this article is library and field. The researcher used the Likert five-choice questionnaire as a tool to evaluate the variables to provide the field research section. Statistical population: The total population in this study includes 320 Soroush Media personnel and as a sample size based on Morgan table, 100 people randomly formed the sample size; Their names are not mentioned due to the previous agreement. Methods: The researcher used the books, articles and treatises presented and classified the findings as well as taking notes from the study findings to go through the library process of the research and then using the questionnaire to target the target population. Put the analysis. Findings: The results of this study show that professional ethics and organizational culture in the study organization is higher than average and in the study of demographic variables (gender, service history, level of education) the level of professional ethics and organizational culture among employees. Women are more than men. But the level of professional ethics and organizational culture is the same in other demographic variables. It was also concluded that with the increase of organizational culture, professional ethics and its components, such as professional competence of employees, pedagogical competence, growth and development of knowledge management in the organization also increases.
